Solofrutta

Solofrutta is a balanced powder premix for making a superb sorbet with fruit only and uniquely with no added water(*). This is a solution that is strongly characteristic of the premium quality. The sorbet is also milk and fat free while being creamy and stable like a good gelato but actually a sorbet. The recipe also based on yoghurt with fresh fruit is delicious. Alcolica

Alcolica is a powder base for easy preparation of an alcoholic sorbet made with wine, spirits or liqueurs; a growing trend in the marketplace. Local wines can be served as frozen desserts or fashionable cocktails to young people served as a sorbet. Acolica is stable with any type of alcohol drink and lends itself to the gelato maker's imagination to give the customers exciting fresh sensations.

Monro

Monrò is the first powder premix for the preparation of gelato cakes, semifreddi and "hot gelato" free from hydrogenated vegetable fats but with selected milk fats. It maintains a better creaminess and flavour than the products based on vegetable fats, both if presented in a display cabinet or frozen in a vertical cold storage.

Cremi

Cremì is a powder premix to dilute in milk to make a creamy dessert for any time of the day; a light afternoon snack or a tasty dessert for dinner with friends. With the addition of flavoured pastes one can make an infinite combination of flavours. It is a very good filling for "Cannoli" and as a cream base for fruit pies.
